From Vintage Linens to Modern Heirlooms Workshop
In this workshop you’ll learn how to update three common vintage fiber crafts: embroidered linens, hankies, and doilies. We’ll make covered buttons from embroidered linens (to attach to bookmarks, hair clips, or magnets), hand-stitch a hankie into a lavender filled sachet, and turn a doily into a modern wall hanging using an embroidery hoop. This class is beginner-friendly (no previous sewing skills necessary) and ok for ages teen+. Registration covers the cost of all supplies. This workshop is Sunday, March 30, from 1-3pm.
